Anna McQueen Phillips– President- Mrs. Phillips was Married to Mr. James Phillips who founded Phillips Riley Funeral Home in 1982. After Marrying Mr. Phillips she begin working in the Funeral Home as the secretary in the business in later years she became a License Funeral Director and begin taking on greater responsibility as Mr. Phillips became semi-retired after the passing of Mr. Phillips in 2005, Mrs. Phillips responsibility became greater by taking on the the responsibility as President of the business. Her motto is “ I’m Just overseeing what God Has Entrusted With to Help Others”.
F. Denise Riley Mitchell – Vice President- Mrs. Mitchell was the Daughter of Mr. Frank D. Riley who founded Phillips Riley Funeral Home in 1982 after watching her father in the funeral business for years and seeing how passionate he was about the business she then chose to follow his footsteps by attending Gupton -Jones college of Mortuary where she graduated in 2003. After Graduating Mortuary school she then became license in Embalming and Funeral directing and begin to work alongside her father for many years. In 2011 her father went home to be with the Lord and she begin to take on a greater role in becoming the vice-president of the business.
Franetta DeLayne Riley, She is the daughter of Mr. F. D. Riley one of the founder of Phillips Riley Funeral Home. She begin at a early age coming to the funeral home working in the funeral industry beside her father. In 2011 her duties became greater after the passing of Mr. Riley, Ms. Riley she then became Secretary/Treasure of the business and handle day to day business affairs at the funeral home.
Dr. Monte D. Maddox- Operational Manager- Mr. Maddox begin working at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home in 2005 following the passing of Mr. James Phillips. Mr. Maddox begin his journey with this company as a funeral attendant after furthering his education in business and obtaining his degree in Business and Administration, Mrs. Phillips and Mrs. Mitchell continue to teach him the duties of the office and day to day operation after years of training in 2018 they decided to bring him on as operational manager to assist them with day to day operation.
